Refund and Return Policy

Overview

At Elly Wentworth LTD, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction in every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Pre-order

A pre-order is an advanced order for a book which expected to be release on 30th of March 2024.

We dispatch pre-orders as soon as they become available to us on the said date above.

We charge for pre-orders when you place the order through ellywentworth.com. If you wish to cancel the order before it has been dispatched please contact us to let us know as soon as possible, as if the order has already been processed we may not be able to cancel it.

Collection and Delivery

We offer the book for collection in The Angel, 2 South Embankment, Dartmouth, TQ6 9BH, England or Deliver it to you with delivery fee.

Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order at no cost before shipment is made and the order is with the carrier.
Once the order is in the hands of the carrier, cancellation is not possible. In this case, the Customer can wait to receive the order and then request a return.

Unopened book 

We accept returns of unopened book within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Return Process

The Customer is responsible for returning the merchandise and covering return shipping costs unless the book is received damaged. In case of damage, please inform us immediately before returning the book.
Do not return damaged books until you’ve received a response from customer services.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged book, please contact us immediately to arrange a refund or replacement.
We may require proof of the damage or defect before processing a refund or replacement.

Returns without Damage

Products can be returned in their original condition at The Angel, 2 South Embankment, Dartmouth, TQ6 9BH, England.

Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
